I’m a marketing leader and strategist with 17+ years in arts and culture, an industry I know inside out. Across producing, project management, company management, and marketing, I’ve built well-rounded capabilities: I understand how creative organisations work, what audiences respond to, and how to build campaigns that move people as well as tickets.
I’m known for being on the tools: hands-on with the work alongside my clients, not just directing from a distance. I do my best work in the room, with you and your team. Every organisation is different, and I love working out what’s right for yours.
I feel genuinely lucky to work in arts and entertainment, and I never want to lose sight of that. I bring joy to the work because I think it matters. A good meeting has a laugh in it. Good work gets made by people who enjoy each other’s company. That’s the kind of collaboration I love, and it’s what I bring to every room I’m in.
I founded KM&Co. because arts and culture organisations deserve senior marketing leadership that truly gets their world, without the overhead of a full-time hire. It’s a model I believe in, and one I’m proud to have built my business around.

Digital Manager
I’m a digital manager specialising in Meta and TikTok, with a strong focus on entertainment, arts and live experiences. I work across full-funnel social campaigns, helping productions and events build awareness, grow audiences and drive ticket sales.
My experience spans audience strategy, creative testing, conversion optimisation and campaign reporting, with a strong understanding of what drives audience behaviour online and how to turn engagement into action. I’ve worked across theatre, immersive experiences and large-scale live events, creating campaigns that balance strong creative with measurable results.
I build social campaigns that not only perform efficiently, but genuinely connect with audiences. Whether it’s launching a new production, building momentum during a season, or driving urgency during key sales periods, I love finding creative and strategic ways to bring people closer to live experiences.
